Although I and my colleagues at my label Quinlan Road find ourselves in the entertainment industry, we do not subscribe to the “cult of the celebrity”, and consequently you will not see some things on this site that you might expect to find in other artists’ websites. Instead, we see ourselves as conduits, catalysts and facilitators in a shared journey of discovery connected with the music.

Since this “business of music” – like this business of life – is really about relationships, we are seeking to develop a stronger and more direct link with you by inviting you to join the Quinlan Road Community. This will not only allow us to get to know you better, but also to serve you better, particularly in an age in which the structures of the music industry are in flux. If it is your wish to learn more, sooner, please be sure to leave us your contact details and we will do everything we can to find you when there is something new to tell.

I find myself thinking with amazement of all of the individual journeys that have brought all of you to this website. I am honoured to count you among our community of friends, and I remember how many people I have met in my travels through music, who have made my life so much richer.


LANGUAGE SUPPORT:

At present count, our site includes materials in 14 languages. We are particularly proud that we now offer information in Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese and Chinese.

However, because it has not been possible to translate the whole site in all languages, and because many of our visitors are comfortable in a second language, we have offered a Language selection button on the main menu bar. Along with our Site Map, this option should facilitate your ability to move around the site in its various linguistic permutations. We would very much welcome your comments about our language support, its value to you and how we might make it better.
